Your information is never shared with any 3rd party for any reason other than order fulfillment (in the case of drop ship from a distributor). We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal data or order history to
any person or organization for any reason at any time.
1. Payments and Shipping
Paying by Credit Card.
You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We do not add any credit card surcharges. We use the best available security encryption protocols to protect your credit card and personal information.
Shipping.
We ship only to locations within the United States by United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS). We can not be responsible for lost or damaged
packages. UPS charges include prepaid insurance up to the limits specified by UPS. If your package is sent by UPS and is lost or damaged, you may contact UPS.

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and shipment date, as well as a notification from us that
the order has shipped.
2. Refunds and Returns
Return Policy.
All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging,
manuals and accessories. No exchanges are allowed after 10 days from the date of receipt.
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEN ONLY FOR EVEN
EXCHANGE FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM. WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE ANY ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR.
Out of Stock Policy
All shipments are subject to inventory. Every effort is made to ensure that ethnochic’s web site accurately reflects what is available for shipment.
On rare occasions, a small percentage of errors could occur which would result in an order for an out of stock or discontinued item.
Apparel – You will receive an e-mail within four business days if an item is no longer available.
Accessories – You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours if an item is no longer available.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and it can be determined that another shipment is expected within a reasonable time, we will back-order the item for you. Your order will be kept on an active status and we will ship your entire order complete when the back-ordered item is available. Generally, back-ordered items can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have multiple items on your order and cannot wait that long, you will have the opportunity to cancel the out of stock item off your order. We will endeavor to fill partial orders accordingly. If an out-of-stock item does not become available within 4 weeks then the purchase price for that item will be refunded.
Returns Procedure.
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your item, we will behappy to replace it with another selection or offer you store credit for any future
purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

Return Authorization Number (RMA) which should be included in the packaging when you return the item.
Ethnochic.com will refund shipping charges for defective merchandise only.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Ethnochic is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
3. Warranty, Liability, Additional Information
ethnochic.com orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not complete it until we have your approval. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance. We are required by law to collect sales tax on all shipments to New York (at your state/local tax rate).

Warranty.
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEEDS THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
Limitation Of Liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ethnochic, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "ethnochic") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED,
WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT ethnochic HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT ethnochic’s MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY ethnochic SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Limitation of Liability for Use of the ethnochic.com Site.
ethnochic.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ethnochic’s TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED USD $1.00.
Governing Law.
This site is operated from within the United States. We make no representation that content on this site is legal or appropriate for use from outside the United States. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed therein. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to this site will be brought in either the state or federal courts of the State of New York; provided, however, that we have the right to institute judicial proceedings against anyone in any other jurisdiction to enforce our rights under this agreement through specific performance, injunction,
reformation of contract or similar equitable relief. If any provision of this agreement is unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ethnochic concerning your use of this site.
Internet Fraud.
In the interest of preventing Internet fraud, ethnochic.com reserves the right refuse to ship any order that is submitted with an untraceable or free email address, or an invalid telephone number.

We appreciate your comments about our site. However, any comments, ideas, suggestions or other communications sent to the site become the sole property of ethnochic.com, and we may use all such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing them, without
